Thank you for using Career Coach Academy. We strive to provide high-quality, AI-powered career development tools and personalized coaching experiences. Because our product delivers immediate digital value upon subscription, refunds are handled under the conditions below.

1. Digital Product Nature

All services offered by Career Coach Academy are digital and subscription-based. Once access is granted, the user immediately benefits from our platform’s premium features such as AI chat, personalized guidance, and analytics tools. For this reason, we generally do not offer automatic refunds after a subscription is activated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• You were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate transaction)
• You did not receive access to the product after successful payment
• There was a technical issue that prevented usage of the service and could not be resolved by our support team

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at robert@career-coach.academy with your payment receipt and a description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction due to lack of desired results (e.g., job offers, promotions)
• Failure to use the service during the subscription period
• Expired subscription without cancellation

4. Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription anytime directly through your account dashboard or by contacting us at robert@career-coach.academy. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
